CAPITAL Office Business Software

We are having a problem printing on one machine that is fresh install of windows 7. It has a 24" Monitor. At this stage our version of Cap is 7.2.
Our invoices and statements originally printed the correct size. Later on the printer puts out 2/3 of correct size. Using one of the other network printer it still prints same size. We did have a remote software logmein installed but that has no effect when using the software. But a week later it started happening. Any suggestions?

Set your desktop DPI back to 96 (normal setting). This setting will be found under your desktop/personalize settings.

The issue effects older versions of Visual Builder (Series 7) but not later versions.
