Duplicate job sheets

Has any body come up with a solution for stopping people printing a duplicate job sheet in Service Manager.
We have a some time happening event as follows.
What happens is that a job sheet is raised and items are written on the job sheet this info might not have been inputted into capital yet, this job sheet is misplaced and another is printed (no current info).
Job is finished using printed job sheet items added, customer invoiced. Two weeks later old job sheet has been found and some items not included in the invoice.
Has any body else had this happen its not a problem with capital its just a procedural issue i know.
