Reports not networking

We have just installed a new printer and are having trouble with reports not networking in capital – especially the bank deposits and cash management sales.
Also when we print a transaction or report from Capital now, the default is set as the new printer in both Capital and on printers and devices, but the fax keeps appearing in the drop down box – very frustrating!!
Can you help with these please
