Transfering Customers Back From Card Files

We recently transferred a customer back from an archive card file. However, the transactions associated with that customer remain inaccessible. I have tried changing the customer code, save, then change back again, but that didn't work either. I would appreciated some ideas please. Thanks.

The transactions will re-link back to the account automatically provided you haven't archived them or deleted them.

Ensure that you haven't changed the account code, otherwise they will not re-link. If you have changed the account code by changing it back, it will be sufficient to re-link them.
