Hi,
Is there any way to speed up the process of adding items to a sales order. We are moving over to CAPITAL from an old MS access based system, and the access system has an excellent feature whereby it brings up a list of items matching what you are entering in the description filed. This list is constantly updated as you type, allowing our users to quickly select the product they require.
In capital, we have tried to speed up the process of adding items with the use of tags, but find that we can' assign quantity at that point, meaning that our users have to go over an order with the customer twice - once to add the items, and another time to add quantity. Is there a way to get this filter view up so that the system automatically begins searching as and when a user types and brings up a list of matching results in the description field?
