I am confused with the versions of Capital Office.

My version is:

Build: 10004-356d-SL0 (7.41g)

Dated 16 -10- 2006

The current version on your site is:

7.41F dated 8 December 2006.

How come my version is g and the latest release is F ?

There are two versions: the version of the application and the version of the database. The code/number in brackets is the version of the database. The letter next to the build number (356) is the version of the application. You're running D so you're two maintenance releases behind at present.
